Northern Territory

The Northern Territory is home to the iconic landmark of Uluru (Ayres Rock), the 36 red domes that make up Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) and the soaring sandstone walls and gorges of Kings Canyon. In the states north you will find an abundance of natural waterfalls and swimming holes to explore in Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks, just remember to keep your eye out for crocodiles! Katherine is home to the magnificent Katherine Gorge with Mataranka thermal springs, Katherine Hot Springs and Bitter Springs all nearby.

The Northern Territory is full of incredibly scenery and bucket list-worthy experiences, so be sure to plan a decent road trip to visit them all in the future.
