Guidelines

• Always do some research before heading out for your journey. Contact the tour provider (details on the confirmation) for further information or additional requests.
• Stay safe and get the most out of your visit by preparing for natural hazards and other outdoor risks. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those in your care.
• Wear suitable footwear and ensure to wear appropriate clothing to protect yourself from the elements when outside exploring.
• Always stay on the marked tracks where possible. Never climb fences, they are there for your own safety.
• Please consider the environment, take your rubbish with you or place in the bins provided. We want to ensure these beautiful places are still here for our future generations to enjoy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking:

- Within 48 hours of the tour commencing, there is a 100% cancellation fee.

- Within 7 days of the tour commencing, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

- For cancellations made 7 days prior to the tour commencing there is a full refund.

Please note:

All tours are subject to weather conditions, in the event of a cancellation/reschedule due to extreme weather, the tour provider will give you as much notice as possible. While they will endeavor to give you adequate notice, short notice cancellations can occur.

The tour provider requires a minimum of 4 guests in total to commence the tour. If the minimum number is not reached we reserve the rights to cancel/reschedule the experience, as we need to make sure we cover the minimum costs of running the activity. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

In both cases, you will be entitled to re-schedule your experience in accordance with the tour providers availability. If a reschedule is not possible for any party, a full refund will be issued.
